This is a really cool website! Like Dotto below, I also feel the urge to write stuff down after letting my mind wander. My recommendation is either keeping a notepad and pen with you - a good pen, mind. Higher quality ones don't leak ink - or getting a notepad application for your cell phone if you commonly carry one with you. If security's a problem, for a notepad, all you really need to do is prevent others from having physical access to it, which, if it's a small one, is fairly easy; just hide it somewhere in the house. I also feel your struggle to read more, especially since my university exams are over, and as such I don't take the bus too often - which is usually the time I make to read stuff. Animal farm is definitely a fun read, and once you're done with Orthodoxy, I highly recommend The Man Who was Thursday, by the same author, which is legitimately one of the funniest and most captivating things I have ever read. I've also written some novels of my own, so if you'd like to check them out, I've posted them on my own website, at https://navyjoecomics.neocities.org/ Anyways, like I've said, you're website's very nice and I hope you keep up the cool work!

About your most recent blog post, I totally relate to the struggle of capturing thoughts before they vanish into the void! That internal monologue is slippery—one moment it’s a brilliant idea, the next it’s lost to the ether because we hesitated. And the debate between physical vs. digital is endless. Notebooks feel tangible and satisfying, but you’re right—they’re fragile (and weirdly public, even when they shouldn’t be). Meanwhile, digital tools either demand commitment (self-hosting) or make you surrender control (Big Tech’s “free” services). Maybe the answer is just… chaos? Write everywhere, sync nothing, and let future-you piece it together like a cryptic scavenger hunt. (Or, you know, pick something and stick with it for a week. But where’s the fun in that?) Anyway, loved your musings—hope you keep wrestling with this in writing. Also, you should drop by my little corner of the web sometime: dotto.neocities.org. Maybe we can trade more existential dilemmas there.
